DENNIS SMITH

Dennis is an energetic composer who loves the stylistic freedom he finds in writing music for film. “Major Movie Star” is his twelfth film score and is preceded by “Holla”, “Grim Reaper”, “The Butcher”, and his first film “Phantom Town.” He has also orchestrated for such blockbusters as “I, Robot,” “Terminator 3,” and “Underworld: Evolution.” Dennis lives in Pacific Palisades with his wife and three young daughters, and is a graduate from the University of Southern California with a Certificate of Advanced Studies in Film Scoring and a Master of Music degree. He is also a graduate of the University of North Texas with a Bachelor of Music degree.
