SUNGTAE KIM

Sungtae Kim composes music for film, television, commercials and video games. He began his musical studies as a guitarist in Seoul, South Korea and progressed to his studies at Berklee College of Music in Boston, Massachusetts.

At Berklee, Sungtae studied music technology as well as classical composition in Film Scoring and Contemporary Writing & Production major. Furthermore, his composition was featured at Berklee Performance Center and has also earned recognition for outstanding achievement in the Directed Study in Film Scoring course. After receiving his degree he moved to Los Angeles and worked in his Los Angeles-based studio on various projects including: composing music for feature film and commercials, "Golf buddy". As a music software orchestrator he has also recently worked on Kitaro's album, "Sacred Journey of Ku-kai, Vol.3" and Christopher Young's new scores, "The informers" and "Love Happens"
